I am 43 years old, relatively thin, relatively healthy, although high cholesterol runs in my family. If I exert the least amount of effort I feel drained. And this isn't good, as it makes it difficult to complete things I have to do. I am at a loss. Thanks for your answers!

Go to your doctor & have himdo a CBC - a blood test. you may be anaemic

You might have a low blood count. You should speak to your doctor about it and not let it go. It could be something serious
