as a full time often nights student i find it hard to eat healthy. sometimes we dont get home till 7:30 at night. along with my schedule my children also have their activities and are finiky. i need help. since starting school 3 years ago i have gained 50 pounds. this has to stop. i searched the web and havent found much help any good ideas?

Hi I'm 19 years old, and I just got diagnosed with shingles. I'm already experiencing some pain, but I defenitely am in need of a shower. Are there any rules regarding showering while having shingles? Also, any tips on how to make the shower less painful? Thanks a lot!

I have been out of work since June 1st because of a variety of health problems and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by my GP and it was confirmed by the Rhuematologist that he referred me to.. I have researched the condition on various sites and am sure, without doubt, that it is the right diagnosis..
Although my pain is unbearable on some days, I am finding that I am having the most trouble with the "fibrofog" that is associated with Fibromyalgia.
I graduated w/ Honors from a local technical school for Medical Office Assisting in 1997 and have also spent the last few years doing Income Taxes for a local tax firm. But now there are days when I feel that I can not "think my way out of a paper bag"
I could almost live with the pain, but this symptom is really getting me down.. Does anyone else have this trouble or know of a way to get some kind of relief??
And only serious answers please, this condition DOES exist and hearing ppl condemn us diagnosed with it does not help matters..

For religious reasons, it's recommended (not required) that I get circumcised. I'll do it if I have to, but since I'm 17, I'm used to not being circumcised, and not sure if I'm ready for a change. Also, I read that girls tend to like guys who are not circumcised. Should I get circumcised? I'm also a little scared that it will hurt. Like does it hurt after you get circumcised for awhile?

I had a beautiful baby boy 10/26/06 who is intelluctually developing fast. I was dealing with really bad depression during my pregnancy and I thought I was doing fine since I delivered. Acourse a couple days up to a week afterwards i was crying for no reason but i knew that was from my hormones. but now im crying again, extremely paranoid of my boyfriend leavin me again for someone else and bein stuck with this baby all by myself, i feel like no one understands me or what im goin thru, my moods go from one extreme to another several times a day, i flip out on ppl for no reason, i feel i look disgusting, i had sex 3 times since having my baby during i feel dirty and ashamed and i have thoughts of my boyfriend having sex with other ppl but i know i need to please him due to the fear of him goin else to be pleased. i feel like my life is tumbling down and i have no control over it and im afraid of taking my boyfriend and my child down with me.not often i have thoughts of hurting my child

I had my tooth extracted yesterday and I can barely open my mouth to eat. How long does it usually take before you can open your mouth up? I can barely eat. There is no pain just limited jaw movement.

Hi, I was wondering about metabolisms, everyone in my office is having a bit of a debate about weight and metabolisms, how do you tell if your metabolism is fast or slow? If your metabolism is fast does that mean you are normally quite skinny? As i can eat just about anything i want - junk food, chocolate etc, i hardly excercise, but dont generally put on weight.

Any explanations?

I got strep last week on Friday. Now it being wednesday i feel 1000x better than i did over the weekend. I want to get back to working out again, when should i do this? I was told that i should not work out until i finish all my antibiotics but that will be next tuesday and i am going crazy already just sitting around.
