You could spend thosands of dollars and risk your life with plastic surgery, but that would be dumb.
Exercise with some activity that you can make feel like fun.
That will rev up your slow metabolism and start burning the fat which your man boobs and pot belly are storing. The more you exercise, the more you will burn off. Of course, like the other people suggested, intelligent eating will quicken the process too. Less fatty and sugary stuff.
Remember, "low fat" ususally means extra sugar has been added,and "low or no sugar" can mean anything; more fat, or worse, a sugarlike substitute which may be just as fattening. Sugar turns to fat when you eat it, lol, so sugar and fat are both very boob and belly producing.
If you eat well and exercise every day, you will still be able to have some goodies occasionally, just don't over do it! Good luck!!!

Put down the fork and get off the sofa chubby try eating all your meals naked in front of a full length mirror this really works is hard to eat ice cream staring at rolls of fat and in your case man **** good luck and happy new year

The easiest and simplest way is to simply do stomach crunches, push-ups and go jogging. Do these throughout the day or whenever you have time. I guarantee if you keep that up and maintain a healthy diet you can get rid of the unwanted fat. It worked for me!!

Change eating habits and excercise. Sometimes if you've been big for a long time, the skin won't go back, and you have to have surgery to correct it.
