I never heard that before. I wouldn't think that a girl would get hemorrhoids from anal sex. Hemorrhoid's is caused from constipation.
If a girl told you that , it is because she don't want you to bother her .

Not true. A person can have hemorrhoids without anal sex and they live long lives.
