Where do warts and boogers come from?

Boogers- Ok i heard that these are dead brain cells but i dont believe it because i get boogers everyday so i just killed a whole lot of brain cells? wouldnt this make me retarded or something, its dry mucus and some dirt particles right? which why the nostril hair are there for- or is it both some dead brain cells and some dry mucus + dirt?

Warts I have two warts on my right hand, where did i get it? last time my mom said that i got this other wart when i was seven but it dissapeared and unfortunately appeared last year and now its still here, my other has been in my right hand since like forever! where do these things come from is it a genetic disorder, is it contagious? how do i take them off? i clip them and it bleeds and they just come back up! there are dots inside the two small warts i have like roots sticking up, i know theres this thing called dr. scholl's wart remover but how can i remove it (slowly) with only household supplies?

i had a c-section ten and a half months ago and today i did a push up and it felt like my scar stretch to the max i stoped right away and Now it hurts when i move and it burns this isnt hasnt been then first time ive worked out or done push ups just today its did that and im Not in bad shape im very fit im a trainer so i didnt do it wrong should i mention that my period is late could it be that im pregnant again and im sensetive around that area of the scar and the scar is right above my pubic bone can n e one help me figure this out and please dont say go to the doctor i hate doctors and if this can be fixed without a doctor i would apreciate it thankk you (and im one week late for my period) THANK U

I am in a program for mentally ill people , there is a girl who is 39 years old and has schizophrenia . If it is relevant to the question , I have bi-polar.She has asked me certain questions several times . They are slightly personal but that's not what bugs me . She asks me a lot what my parents names are and if I have kids - which I don't .
I have to figure out a way to handle this appropriately because when this happens it's in the morning and we are with a staff member ( coincidently) when this happens. If I was to snap at her I could get in trouble . In the program , they teach us PTA
( Patience Tolerance , and Accommodation ). I am still working on patience. This has a been a long going thing with that girl. My patience has pretty much reached the limit. I have tried and tried to figure out a solution . but I can't.

My friend's dad dropped a 15-year-old Walgreen's thermometer, and it split and broke. He was trying to clean it up, but then (I'm not sure how it happened) and obviously must have come in contact with it. He's now got a temperature, and is shivering (so she says). How should they despose of the mercury, and could any real harm come to her father? Please and thank you, this is kind of an urgent matter.

I have had trouble sleeping since i was 12. I used to hear noises and assume they were my cat but the day after she died my problems began. I would run into my parents room every night basically. i am 15 now and i still run into my parents room after i hear a noise. I also leaviemy TV on at night helps me from being less scared but i still worry and get freaked easily is their anything that would help me. Ive tried earplugs but they dont work and i do have a new cat. The worst part about this is i live in the middle of no where so people breaking in arnt exactly an issue

Facial stubble for men?
Ok, so i used to shave for about a year, and i have somewhat rough, coarse hair. It's not that bad, just a little rough, not to much. I've been lately using a electric trimmer, but it doesn't get rid of the hair all the way, and it's really loud. What can i use to, to prevent my skin from getting rough,crunchy, and coarse. I already use creams/lotions. ---Don't say waxing or deplitory creams they both burnt my face:(

I have had depression for years, a lot of meds just did not work for me. I was wondering if anyone knew of a natural cure or certain vitamins that would increase levels of dopamine. I have tried all the antidepressants that were SSRIs which did not work well, maybe I felt 50% better. I read a lot about dopamine, and it seems that could be part of my problem. Anyone know of any natural herbs etc for this? thanks

I've experienced this for the past 10 years but never thought much of it until now. I had my wisdom tooth pulled about 10 years ago. On the left side of my mouth where that tooth was pulled, the gums where the tooth used to be get a bit sensative and feels like its a bit swollen about once every 3-6 months. Whenever that happens I get this sharp pain behind my ear on the back of my head for about a day and it goes away and so does the swelling and sensativity on my gums. Does this make any sense? It's been bothering me a bit more lately. Yes I'm going to see a doctor but it's hard to get diagnosed because it comes at random times and I can't see my doctor without an appointment. The gums are ONLY swollen where that wisdom tooth used to be. Any doctors in the house tell me if this is related? Thanks.
