My chlamydia test came back positive, but my partner was negative and he's the only one I slept with.

I was with him when he was tested and when the doctor called to let him know that it was negative.

No, it is only transmitted if you have it. Since you are sure he is negative then he didn't give it to you.
Unless there was a false negative on his test...it happens but it is VERY rare.

Im sorry, but your partner might not be telling the truth, I think he's scared about you finding out. Your lucky its not a viral disease, because chlamydia can be cured.
