today after school my bottom lip felt kinda itchy but after a while it formed a bump on the lower left side of my lip what should i do??????

Oh, man, this not good. Leave it alone. You could get some makeup and color it purple and tell everyone some freak tried to steal an old Ladies purse and you came to her rescue and got punched in the lip, before you put the guy in the hospital.
I have heard you can put Preparation-H on it and it help, but, I really would rather have the bump before I try that!

Sounds like Herpes type A. If it turns to a blister with clear liquid in it then it's herpes. Or the common cold sore.

it may be a mosquito bite. i don't want to scare you or anything, by telling you may have herpes or something. check with your mom, and then with a doctor.
if it's a bite, then it will mostly go away over night. if it's a bite, and you still don't know what you should put on it, do a search, ask your parents and doctor

Sounds like a cold sore. Go and see a Pharmacist and he/she will give you their recommendation on what to put on it. Good luck.
