Scar tissue can stick to the surface of your muscles and inhibit their movement somewhat. You might have freed them up a bit - feels like a chinese burn when it happens. If you are really worried, you should really see a doctor.

U can wait a while and see. It could be that you got a small stretch damage in the scar area or even deeper -and it will go away. Primarily it does not sound dangerous, but comments on the net have obviously limited value as I have limited facts.

Whether you ar pregnant, you can find out without any doctors.
If you don't have bleeding and the pain does not get worse, wait and see.
Usually in a scar area some tiny skin nerves are damaged and they feel or can feel strange for months/years. The more you guard and don''t touch the area, the worse this unpleasant /sensitive feeling gets -so try to touch that area now and then -massage does not help, just don't be too careful.

But wait and see for a few days with this push-ups related pain -you will feel in your body if the pain gets worse and you need a doctor -but go and find a nice one, I have a very nice ob-gyn person to go to -so there are nice ones you don't have to hate.

I also had a c-section and when i move to fast or sleep at night and turn over on my scar it burns like a burning feeling . I really don't know the reason for this. I thought i was the only one going through this but i don't think you are pregnant.

You pulled some scar tissue and probably tore some as well.
