Its kind of a round bump...on the left side of the neck. Its a formed bump, but its not hard, its soft. I can feel something there. Buts its not sore or hurting. But its more of a crapping. Not even that. But something is there.

Most likely, that is your lymph node. The lymphatic system is what cleans your blood in the body and gets rid of infections before you have a chance to get sick. It is part of your immune system. No big deal. It will probably go away in a couple days, if it doesn't then it could be a cyst or something more serious in which case you may want to go see a nurse or doctor.

Well you did just tell us generally, it could be anything, if you goto a doc he can check it out and probably palpate it, does it feel like you can squeeze it?? is it hard firm what...it could be acne it could be an allergy more than likely a lymphnode if you had a recent infection or have you had a fever lately??..Its kinda hard to get medical advice over the net since we cant see what you're looking at..and have to base it on your description which may not be as full as we need it to be, If its behind your ear on your left side of your neck its probably a lymphnode if its on the left side of your neck totally, then its an inflammation of some kind whether acne or pus or cyst or something. Goiter...i don't think so that would be in the front which you said is on your left. Have a doc check you out if you think its that bad..Good lukc...

It sounds like a swollen lymph node or a swollen gland. Those usually form when there is an infection somewhere in your body.

Go to the doctor to get yourself checked.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to see or palpate this node. And I can't tell the size of it by "small". (What's a "crapping"?) So I'm guessing it may be a lymph node. Our lymphatic system is involved in fighting infections. To be of the safe side, have it evaluted by your primary care physician.

It's either a swollen lymph node or an impacted salivary gland. No big deal either way.
