I worked real har today becaue of this water weight I have. I did not eat more that 1200 cals, is that healthy?

Work out 3 sessions if you want, but eat enough calories, at least 1400, more carbs for energy..go go go! Just don't work the same muscles without rest, for instance work weights, then cardio then pilates. The next day work different muscles with the weights or wait 48 hours before working the same ones.

It's over kill for sure. A session a day is all you need and to watch your diet. Be sure to eat fruits and veggies, and drink alot of water. Many good recipes are on this site, the American Heart Association, "Delicious Decisions". I've tried a bunch of them and give them out at the club.

as long as its not a daily basis thing, your fine! just eat enough "clean" foods to make sure your body isn't burning off nothing. if you do not eat enough cals for the amount your burning your metab. will slow down you really dont want this!
