Ok, so it may not be a new idea. But I think it's pretty good...

Here's the deal: "Diet buddies" exchange e-mail addresses and e-mail each other now and then with motivations and encouragement for exercise. They can also exchange tips and cheer each other up.

He has been to several wars and done and seen alot. How can I help him deal with this when he is not ready to talk to me about the things he had to do over there. i dont really know any thing about this she takes two meds metformin 500 mg 4 a day and glipizide 10 mg 2 a day.her suger is never lower then 220 and to nite it is 394, little high then most times. she feels bad all the time want to sleep,i thank she needs a new dr. iam very worred about her what is to high? she eats little meals, she does have a big supper. can someone tell me somthing iam lost they found out about this a few years ago. her father had it to, she is not small, ive been getting her to work out with me. i looked on the web but could not find what type she has. what do you all thank? at what # do i need to get her help? to nite it is 394.

My son has asthma, and takes treatments when he flairs up. He never really has been out in cold weather. He started kindergarten this year, and I'm scared of his reaction to the cold (below 40 degrees). Has anyone experienced this. I know I'm way overprotective.

Since Friday morning I have been feeling dizzy especially every time I get up from bed or a nap and even sometimes I will be laying there and the room starts spinning. It's happened alot through the weekend. I also noticed that my arms/hands are going to sleep alot at night or tingling. Anyway, my hubby and everyone thinks I should go to the doctor on Monday. I didn't want to lose any more work right now but he is concerned so he thinks I should go Monday. What do you think?

I met someone the other day who said he only washes himself once a week.

He had red dots/sores (skin flakes off top of dots) all over his skin/body.

He said it was bed bugs.

What would this be? (looks like measles or something)

If someone does not wash themselves - do sores form?
What is the scientific name for this skin condition?
What treatment?

I have to tell him what he should do about it next time I see him.
It looks terrible.

(he does not use drugs or alcohol - just does not wash)

I was looking through the web and it looks like some of the options are Conquering Stress, Panic Portal and the Linden Review. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any of these or other ones, and tell me about them. I have panic attacks and social anxiety disorder. I am overcoming the social anxiety disorder but the panic attacks seem to be increasing and becoming more severe. I have tried traditional therapy, which helped a little. I do not want to take prescription medications. I have tried a few and they just made me worse. In addition, if anyone has any tips on self-help for the onset/managment during a panic attack. Thanks!

My son just uppercut me with his head. I was above him and he jumped up and wham! So now I cant bite down, doesnt hurt as much to open my mouth but I dont know what to do for it to heal, like it feels so freaking bad and I took some ultram but I never had this before and I'm afraid it will be like this for awhile and I'll be screwed. i Have Dry skin that itches really bad, also i start itching real bad and all the area's that itch real bad cause blisters that have fluid and they pop causing sores all over me what should i do i have tried kennalogue, hydrocortisone everything and its only getting worse, to the point where i cant even leave my house without getting looked at all messed up
