Some good answers, you will probably gain weight unless you maintain a good level of vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates.
I drink a lot of beer and sometimes when in a place with crap food for a few days, I don't eat and then put on weight. As soon as I start to eat three light meals a day again, I lose the weight.

You should still eat dinner! Only eat half of what you would if you are feeling that you eat too much. I lost 54 lbs...you can see my before and after picture here http://www.healthandstrength.net

There are other ways to cut down on your calorie consumption you can read my article here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweek.htm

Exercise! That burns extra calories and if you are good through the day with your diet, then the calories you burn exercising will be stored stuff. Check out my list of my TEN FAVE foods for weight loss here http://www.healthandstrength.net/tenfoods.htm I eat them everyday still to keep my slim figure and awesome health.

Good luck, any questions, email me at melissa@healthandstrength.net

That depends on how much you eat during the rest of those days. It really isn't a good idea to skip meals since that can slow your metabolism. The best thing for you to do is increase your exercise and eat a little less.

It's not what you eat, it's how you eat. If you choose not to eat dinner for 20 day's..yes you will loose weight. Also watch what you're eating and the proportions. Drink plenty of water and excersise.

PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS, because if you force your body not to have food for dinner, your metabloism slows, and of course, you will lose the weight, but when you start to eat dinner again, you have convinced your body of a slow metabolism-so you will gain back all teh weight, because your body won't process the food inside of you like it did before you had this idea,so it sits there and becomes fat.REALLY BAD IDEA!!!

wrong, your body will store more fat because you are not giving it a constant supply of nutrients, you are best to eat 5-6 small meals spaced evenly apart everyday then to go long periods of time without eating. when you go without eating for a while, then when you do eat, you get sharp insulin spikes for a short period then when the body realizes you are depleting that, it will go into store mode. when you eat meals closer together, your insulin remains constant which means it is constantly burning calories.
