i just started but its so damm addicting.
i smoked b4 but i just picked it up a few months back.
is 3-5 that bad for you ?

Smartest way is never to start.

Every cigarette is bad for you. The trouble is that it is just a little bit bad.

Just like every junk food hamburger is bad for you.

You stopped before. You can do it again! At 3-5 it isn't hard to cut down to 1

At 1, it isn't so hard to cut it out entirely.

Quitting is definitely the best idea for all areas of your health: from teeth to lungs!

To quit I would institute chewing gum (nicorette or regular). Also, try to come up with oral fixation substitute for the smoking. Leisure activities can help too!

Lots of time smokers are just kind of bored :)

the smartest way to quit is quit cold turkey just quit i did it ten years ago when i was told that my mother had lung cancer i had smoked for 28 years when i quit and i feel a 1,000 time better that i did

cigarettes are bad period even if it's 3 0r 4! There's a pill you can take that makes the cigarettes taste like crap and make the craving go away i know because it worked for me and i quit it's called wellbutrin

my mom smoked for over 35 years. she stopped one day. she just drank water out of a straw when she craved one. shes been off of em for 3 years now. shes so much more healthy now!
