My son just uppercut me with his head. I was above him and he jumped up and wham! So now I cant bite down, doesnt hurt as much to open my mouth but I dont know what to do for it to heal, like it feels so freaking bad and I took some ultram but I never had this before and I'm afraid it will be like this for awhile and I'll be screwed. I can't even chew to eat. Help Please!

You will get over it in a week or two. Go to the Doctor and
see if it brock your Jaw

Ouch! The jaw could be dislocated slightly(?). Talk to your doctor or chiropractor about jaw dislocation, or talk to your doctor or chiropractor or dentist about temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ).

Go to your dentist, get an xray to make sure none of your teeth have been damaged.

You may have fractured your jaw, go and get an x-ray.
