i cant take midol or anything like that cause it makes me sick maybe tylenol when i first had mine i would just lay in bed all day not moving lol

If they're REALLY bad, go to your doctor. You can get perscription strength pain pills for that time if the standart Midol and a heating pad isn't working for you.

Stretching exercises like yoga work great w/out the medications. And Chocolate helps too.

try hot tea, or try the pads that heat up, you stick them to the outside of your panties. look for them in the feminine care aisle at your local drug store or walmart. they last 8 to 12 hours and really helped me when i had my periods. its like having a heating pad on the whole time. try to stay away from carbonated drinks and also try aleve

1- meds... Ibuprofen, alleve, midol, advil, tylenol...
2-heating pad.... either the electircal kind, or the cordless kind(go cordless, MUCH better)
3-chocolate, id just Doves they are great, and leave you with little messages
and if they are bad enough, talk to a doctor, i have perscription meds that are great...

as stupid as it sounds when i was in hs a bunch of us girls all were on our period at the same time and would do somersaults down the halls for cramps.. it works. lol.
