Ok, so it may not be a new idea. But I think it's pretty good...

Here's the deal: "Diet buddies" exchange e-mail addresses and e-mail each other now and then with motivations and encouragement for exercise. They can also exchange tips and cheer each other up.

What do you guys think? :)

okay forgive me for saying it this way but...IM A FAT ***! seriously! im as fat as they get...im over 275-8 lbs and im only 16! how the hell did that happen (pardon the language please) Im a very confadent person (s/p) i have over a dozen friends and they all say they dont care wat i look like...but i do...
i have kind of tryed dieting. i take a med that makes me want to eat then a med that tells me not to eat (doctors perscription) and i have tryed excersis (sort of? does 15-20 min on a tread mill count?) but no luck..ive been obiece all of my life and i would just like that to change... so to come to a conclusion...i think that is a great idea the whole diet buddies thing but im not sure it would work for me...maybe someone would care to take the time and give me a few tips...some strong arguments...maybe even a diet plan that i can work with...after all i do have school to work with and grades dont earn themselfs lol...but i would like a push of encouragement...
