personal experience: cellulite comes from lack of exercise and not eating healthily

cellulite is fatty deposits that are just under the skin making that dimpling affect. some people get worse than others. exercising or not has nothing to do with. I run 25-30 miles a week and have for 25 years and I still have it.

It is bunches of fat and toxins that hang out specifically in areas where we don't want them! I have discovered that doing bouncing activities like running and jumping jacks...also you can squat then jump high...these things (in my experience) lessen cellulite. I lost 54 lbs (you can see my before and after pic here http://www.healthandstrength.net ) and I had to deal with cellulite. I do alot of running and bouncing and I also "dry brush" with a dry natural bristle brush before my showers to stimulate circulation and help my skin to expel the toxins. These two things have helped me immensly. My fiance actually commented on my dimple improvement and he is really impressed!
