Firstly acknowledge that you have a problem

Devise an optimal solution (possibly devise a number of acceptable outcomes)

everyone has a different coping mechanism. however if you have a problem that you are finding difficult to deal with, talk with someone you trust. sometimes the problem can seem so big that it's difficult to see the solutions by yourself. is there people with the same kind of problem? can you talk with them?

God can be your best Friend.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

You know, alot of people will tell you to sit down, count to ten and breathe. Personally I say screw that it doesn't work unless you're really a mental case to begin with. Just listen to music or do something you enjoy. It depends on the situation, but normally when something ticks me off, I listen to Papa Roach's "Last Resort." :)

Without knowing what the problem is it's hard to know the answer.
They do say a problem shared is a problem halved so maybe you could find someone to talk to about what is going on.
