ok, now that i am older and past the self-conscience stage of wearing braces as a kid. i wanted to know if any adults had braces and what kind of insurace or plan you had to help pay for them. i know health care varies form state to state and for me living in NJ the dentist said it will cost around $5,000. if anybody from the philadelphia area had work done cheaper please refer the dentist.

I am acutely aware that life is indeed pointless, and yet cannot seem to reconcile myself to the fact. How do others, completely aware, cope with their awareness? I cannot seem to work or even think very well, as I know that it is all futile anyway--does doing this now really matter when the entire world is going to sink into oblivion in a few years anyway?--that type of thing.

does anyone every get sharp needle pain under their boob left side and sharp needle pain in left armpit or arm stomach pain like nauseas not falling asleep pain but needle sharp pain like pinching.Thanks.ekgs and chest xray fine someimes loss of breath or throat tight or pressure ?From anxiety gas nerve pain throbbing in neck or arm but not really pain nausea in upper stomach.

ok since like a couple of weeks, this really weird things been happening. i take frssh underpants everyday, but somehow, its always really gooey at the end. it feels really icky too. its yellowy and somehow is a bit like liquidish glue (from the texture) except it doesnt stick. its rly rly disgusting, its like im leaking or something and i hate hate hate it! i rly dont kno what is happening or wat i shud do! any help?

I'm 30 and have been smoking it almost everyday since being about 18. I would like some help on how to give it up. I'm not lazy, unemployed or paranoid but I want to be able to give it up or, ideally, smoke it from time to time where as at the moment I want a joint as soon as I get home from work and then smoke 4 or 5 before I go to bed. I can't stop thinking about having a joint especially if I can't or don't have any.

If I were to walk/job on the treadmill for 40 minutes in the morning and 40 minutes in the afternoon, would that be overworking my body too much? I walk/jog/run on the treadmill five days a week and I know I should do more than that like lifting weights, etc. but I am just focusing on one thing right now.

Also, I can't run for a long time so when I'm watching TV while walking, I start to run when commercials come on. Is it bad for me to just run for three minutes then stop and start back up when the next commercial break is on?

Any help and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Is "Scarletini" the same thing as Scarlet Fever? The doctor said that I have strep throat with a touch of Scarletini. I don't know if I spelled that right. The other morning I woke up with body aches, and a little fever. Then, today, I woke up feel completely better, but I had little, red, itchy bumps mostly on my stomach, back, chest, and shoulders, and a few on my arms and legs.

I broke my foot in 5 places a few weeks ago and had to have surgery. I wore this boot cast for the whole time. I had to take it off yesterday at the doctors because it should have healed, it has not. I now have to have more surgery to sort it out, I have missed at least 3 weeks of school because of this, I'm in year 8 and am doing several GCSE's this year. He has told me that I will be off for another month - I don't want the surgery but I cannot put any weight on it as the bones have slipped out of line, again. Can anyone tell me why the bones didn't fuse? I now have a huge scar running from the top of my ankle to the end of my foot, I don't want another. I told my doctor I don't want the surgery but he kept saying that I would, Can he force me to have surgery? My parents want me to but I really don't, he has also noticed that i have an old injury in my big toe, it was broken and fused wonky, so he's gonna break that and re-set it. but my q is: can he force me to have surgery??
