about my period?

i all ready had my period but it came a week be for it was suposse to come

Are you stressed? Have you been excercising a lot? When I was on the swim team in high school our coach began switching up our practicing to prepare for the finals. For some reason the way he changed our practice times and how we practiced tended to trigger girls to go into their periods. (We had a few girls become really emotional and upset.)

Are you pregnant, or are taking birth control pills? Or any other form of hormones? Or have you recently come off of any sort of medication? It might be the meds are messing with your hormones and now your body's been thrown off.

Are you living with anyone new? I've experienced the really weird coincidences where my periods began to come around the same times my roommates' did. They say that the people you live with can sometimes influence your cycles.

don't panic periods do this move forward and further away usually this happens in the first 2 years of a period, although if your stressed it can also cause the periods to move about.

Sometimes mine comes at different times but if you feel different go see a doctor

I am gonna go with the stress option too; try not to worry as this will make it worse

Msknowitall doesnt know anything.....how old are yooh? dont get a pregnancy test if yooh are young...she obviously doesnt know what she's talking about....just dont stress..thats bad

thats ok.I wouldnt worry sometimes stress can cause it to come earlier
