Does anyone that's not a virgin think that pap smears hurt???
I was just wondering because alot of girls that I know who are not virgins say that they don't hurt that their just uncomfortable.
I'm a virgin & it hurts so much when I have them done would it not hurt if I wasn't a virgin???

Due to some recent women problems I had to have a pap smear, 4 in 1 months time, and everytime they hurt like a *****, and I'm a virgin.

You have to think of it like this. Vaginas are very stretchy... and of all different sizes. So the answer could be yes and no. I mean obviously if you're having sex often, you're going to be "looser" than if you were not. Sure keigals help. But anybody that has suffered through any sexual dry-spells knows that their girl is gonna shink some. I'm almost 30, I've been sexually active over 15 years. My pap smears still hurt sometimes. I think it has a lot to do with the dr also. I've been to drs that hurt me and some drs that were so gentle I didn't even know they were finished.

different people have different 'feeling' or the extent of soreness n the 'routine' practice by doctors may be varies as well, so don't worry even if its going to hurt since the pap smear is such an important routine test that ladies have to had, after all its just a short while of uneasiness n its for the betterment of yourself !
