It takes 3-4 days at LEAST for that amount to clear your system. Be careful...don't OD on the water.

Alright, you have a test thursday, from what you are saying I am taking it is a drug test. Drinking a **** load of water will help to dilute your blood and your body and help to pass the drug out of your body, right, WRONG. It does help to flush your system, and it does help to get rid of the medication, however it throws off the normal balance in your system. If you have a blood test, pee in a cup, or a hair test (not likely unless they really think you are a drug addict), the testing company also looks for things like too much water in your system or chemicals that should not readily be in your system, like vinegar. People don't normally drink that much vinegar that it would have a change on your metabolism, and if you do drink a bottle or two of it, that is going to show up as well. The best way to get it out of your system is to fast, drink rehydrating drinks like Gatorade, stay away from the caffines and sugars, and exercise like crazy. Exercise will help you to pass the matierial more naturally then anything else. You will sweat it out, metabolize it out, and pee it out. Fasting helps to make your body use the materials it already has. Other ways that people say are fool proof really aren't, I drug test peope all the time and to date have only missed one cause he was addicted to his inhaler, something not normally seen.

Listen to me i know what i am talking about: It takes 72 hours for painpills to get out of your system. The more water you drink the more it will flush it our of your system. Take a infection pill and drink 2 tablespoons of white viniger and you will pass your test.

Water will help it flush out more, as opposed to just letting it sit in your, shall we say, "dry" body... it'll be gone sooner, but it will still be there. Caffeine will help rid of it faster, since caffeine speeds metabolism slightly.

Probably, but why don't you stop taking things if you have drug tests? Then you wouldn't have to worry about this kind of thing!
