Lipton is actually an orange pekoe tea. It has less caffiene than coffee, and does have a moderate amount of antioxidants in it. Antioxidants are good for you. So it is better for you than coffee, not as good for you as say a green tea, which is loaded with antioxidants and virtually no caffiene.
