I just started a few days ago. I'm 5'2" and I have about 115-120 pounds on a small frame. I know I could stand to lose a few pounds but I don't want to, I'm happy with my weight. I'm just doing this for my health. I timed my first mile on Satuday and I got 11:20, and I'm hoping to get it down to at most 9 minutes although I don't have a goal for when I want to do this by. Is there anything I need to make sure I do, like get enough water? I take a multivitamin every day and I stay away from junk food. I'm not on any medications and I just had a bunch of blood tests done a few months ago for another reason, and I don't have any illnesses. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or I need to change?
