It's not possible to be a virgin again, unless you get surgically altered. Surgically replacing your Hymen would technically make you a virgin.
The hymenal ring normally gets disrupted after a woman has had sexual intercourse or even after strenuous physical activity or tampon use. Sometimes, for cultural or other personal reasons (for example, an upcoming marriage), a woman would like to restore a more intact, tighter hymenal ring. Using a special surgical technique, we can repair and tighten the hymen to a more intact, virgin-like state in most patients. Because of a wide variation among hymenal and vaginal states, we customize the surgery to the individual needs and expectations of the patient, as are discussed during the required pre-surgical consultation and thorough gynecological examination. In most cases, the surgery is virtually undetectable after complete healing, and patients are very pleased with our final results.

Secondary Virginity is a fresh start for you if you've already had sex. It means, no more sex until marriage. Secondary virginity is a chance to change risky habits and heal past wounds.
Even though you cannot physically become a virgin again, sex is much more than just a physical act. It’s an attitude, a frame of mind. It’s manifested in the way you look at yourself and others.
You know what it feels like to hurt, to have regrets, to have a broken heart, to be humiliated, or to lose respect for yourself. So, to protect your emotions, mind, and spirit, you can make a new, fresh start with a new freedom!
Make a firm commitment to save yourself for marriage from now on, and believe you can do it. (Because you can!)
Get away from people, places, things and situations that weaken your self-control. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is avoid people who tempt us.
Avoid intense hugging, passionate kissing and anything else that leads to lustful thoughts and behavior. Anything beyond a brief, simple kiss can quickly become dangerous.
Find non-physical ways to show your love and appreciation.
Remember that anyone can start over. Including you! When you focus on commitment and self-discipline, you can control your impulses.

You can get surgery to put your hymen back together but, it's painful and sort of stupid. I don't know why you'd want to be a virgin again though. Virginity is not what some people would have you believe it's worth. You might as well say something like "how do I become someone who's never experienced the taste of chocolate before?" That's ridiculous right? Well, sex is just an experience and there's no point in hurting yourself (surgery) or pretending that you haven't experienced it unless of course you want to believe some sort of misogynistic bs like "a womans first time is meant special" or "women have sex for emotional reasons and men just do it for the phsycial enjoyment".

I would investigate attending a weekend intensive seminar. I hear many otherwise difficult attributes such an race, gender and age change can be achieved through positive thinking. If that fails, I might see a chiropractor. Some of the guarantees promised by these folks would make reacquiring virginity a minor challenge.

Sorry to say that anyone that tells you you can become a virgin again by being reborn etc... is trying to sell you something. Innocence lost is gone forever. You can repent of the sin and be forgiven by forsaking the sin and waiting to have sexual relations with whom you are legally and lawfully married, but you will never be able to regain innocence.

Someone lied to you. A virgin is a person who has not had sexual intercourse. Now if you want to get technical a virgin is a woman who had never been married. So if you are not married then you can be a virgin.

lol.. You can't. There's a joke of being called a reborn virgin. It just means someone stopped havin sex for a long time. I think becoming a reborn virgin is actually smart.

You can't. Either you are a virgin or you're not. Once you lose it, it's gone.
You can have a fake hymen surgically placed in you to try fooling a man into thinking you have your "maidenhead" but you'd just be a fake virgin, it wouldn't actually make you a virgin.

Think about when you lost your virginity. At that age, you have to stay celibate for that many years. Then you're a virgin all over again :-)
