You can get surgery to put your hymen back together but, it's painful and sort of stupid. I don't know why you'd want to be a virgin again though. Virginity is not what some people would have you believe it's worth. You might as well say something like "how do I become someone who's never experienced the taste of chocolate before?" Well, sex is just an experience and there's no point in hurting yourself (surgery) or pretending that you haven't experienced it unless of course you want to believe some sort of misogynistic bs like "a womans first time is meant special" or "women have sex for emotional reasons and men just do it for the phsycial enjoyment".

You can't. Either you are a virgin or you're not. Once you lose it, it's gone.

You can have a fake hymen surgically placed in you to try fooling a man into thinking you have your "maidenhead" but you'd just be a fake virgin, it wouldn't actually make you a virgin.

Think about when you lost your virginity. At that age, you have to stay celibate for that many years. Then you're a virgin all over again :-)
