gas maybe? hold your knees to your stomach and if you let one rip there's your answer. Please do not attempt to light fire to this type of gas.
If that doesn't work it could be something you ate not agreeing to your stomach. Sit on the toilet for a while and let the splish splash begin.
If that's not it could be nerves

Stress or maybe yu ate something that didn't agree with your tummy. Either way try a few tums. That should help, but if it keeps up, try making a doctor appt.
