Check this out none of the medical tests currently used to detect brain damage in humans have found harm from marijuana. Even from long term high dose- use. The claim that marijuana kills brain cell is based on a speculative report dating back a quarter of century ago that has never been supported by any scientific study.
Marijuana is effective in reducing the nausea induced by cancer chemotherapy, stimulating appetite in Aids patients, reduces muscle spacticity for neurological disorders.
Marijuana is safer than drinking.

That's a very difficult question to answer, do you mean physically safer? Mentally safer? Legally safer? Socially safer? Chemically safer?
Marijuana is safer for your health because you need less of it in order to feel good. Two or three hits, and your set. With beer it takes a lot more.
You should specify what you mean by safer and ask the question again.

I would say marijuana is healthier consider all the sugar, and caffeine in energy drink is horrible for you.. its far worse for you than people realize.... marijuana on the other hand has really no side effects if done in moderation, for example a little bit every day in the evening would have zero negative effects on you. but if you smoke a bunch every day consecutively you will start to notice that you are slightly more forgetful than normal and may have hazy like feeling.. but the good news is if you dont smoke for a few days then you will return back to normal you remember things like you used to and you feel 100% normal.. if smoked once a day then you should not experience any forgetfulness or strange feelings .. if your planning on using it for energy i would not thats the exact opposite of what i would use it for.. i use it 2 hours before bed so i can fall asleep easy and relax before i go to bed.

chemically speaking, marijuana is safer than alcohol. if you think about it, marijuana is an herb- it's natural. compared to a cigarette, pot is safer to smoke- assuming nothing has been added to it.

alcohol ruins your liver in the long run but marijuana impairs your decision-making abilities and slows down your reflexes.. and so does alcohol.

when it comes to weighing out the affects of both substances, neither one is safe for your well-being. but the chemical breakdown of each substance, marijuana is still just an herb!!

Well if I had to make a choice and from what I have seen over the years..."Mari" is safer than "Bud".

The problem is that people usually mix the two.
