You need to go to the doc for a check-up. It's difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing. Female athletes stop bleeding when they decrease their body fat. I'm not sure if, this is your situation.

I have that polystystic ovarie thing. My doctor did some blood work on me and put me on birth control which helped balance my
periods, my hormones and i lost a lot weight because my hormones were unbalanced and now they have balanced out so it helped me out. Plus ive always eaten healthy just had that problem ever since i hit puberty at the age of 14 and am now 17. So yes the chick above is is right i would go get checked.

Nothing is wrong with you. Contrary to popular belief, most women don't get a period every 28 days like clockwork, the ones that can predict them to the day are lucky and far and few between. Go to the Dr, they can answer your questions, and do an exam if they think it's needed.

Menstrual periods in teens are reliably unreliable, but you should still go to the doctor. I had this problem and my doctor diagnosed me with Poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome. In and of itself, it is an easy condition to live with - a reasonable dietary change and sometimes medication. The problem is that if it is unchecked, PCOS can lead to Type2 Diabetes, infertility and other endocrinological problems. and those things are awful. So please, go to the doctor ASAP
