Nothing is permanent, liquids & food move through your body to nourish it. You need fluids to hydrate, especially water. Everything else has calories & you need to burn them off just like food calories.

Up to 10 pounds can just be water weight. You will see if you just stop drinking any liquids that within 2 days you can lose up to 5 pounds. Water weight is pretty peremenant because you get it from drinking and eating.

Your body needs water, so you need to drink fluid to maintain normal functions. So not drinking will make you lose weight, but the health effects of that are not good for you.

You can gain extra water weight during your period, and that weight comes off once it is over.

Drink plenty of fluids without caffeine. 8 Glasses of water a day has been stated, although in research there is really no basis for that number. Drink until you are not thirsty and your body will maintain the amount of water it needs. The rest you will excrete.

depending on the liquid, usually not... if it's water, definately not, but if you're drinking something liek canola oil, it's not perminant either... just much harder to lose, unless you sweat canola oils ^_^
