my doc has given me a benzodiazepine for my anxiety. i know that this is only a short term solution to a long term problem, so am i right to say that only antidepressants can cure my anxiety while the benzo is just to make me feel better??

problem for at least 6 or 7 years. The doctor just said that it was down to either the Prozac I was taking a few years ago. I'm now on a new drug called effexor. I spoke the doctors again about it but they didn't seem bothered. Anyone else experienced this problem?

I wanted to ask how much does it cost to take personal training classes? Also, does financial aid help pay for these classes. I want to learn more about how the body works and muscles. So I thought taking a personal training classes would do me a huge benefit. I keep hurting myself in the gym.

Thanks for the help

Hello! I'm Italian and I've just moved in UK, 3 weeks ago. I'm learning how the UK Health system works but I still have some doubts. How I can get my own personal gynecologist? Of course, I mean the one I pay by myself when I need him. My doctor told me about a Sexual Health Centre in my town (sexual health care services) but it is not what I want... it seems that I can go to the SHC only when I have a health problem... what about a periodical visit (to check if everything works properly :-)? Thanks a lot for your help!

What do ppl think about minor ops being done at their GPs surgery. What about infection rates? and is this as bad as giving a first responder a scalpel,I know for a fact about Drs having to go back to school to be taught basic life support,Also surgeons at the scene of accidents who dont have a clue without the A&E dept around them,I have 35yrs a&e experience and the idea that has come from HM Gov scares the hell out of me,Comments Please?

I kicked this boy in the balls, I was just trying to have a little fun, and what’s the big deal girls do it all the time. HE TOLD A TEACHER! That never happened to me before, they are always too embarrassed. My more experienced girlfriends told me to just deny it with and innocent girly look, so that’s what I did and it worked, they always believe the girl! It was a really scary experience, but I got my revenge.
The next day I squeezed his balls from behind, but I got a little carried away and he passed out and when he woke up he started vomiting(ewww), I just ran away!!!! I told my girlfriends and we laughed. They asked me how the balls are, and I told them that they are slippery, soft but kinda hard at the same time, and oval shaped. They didn’t believe that they are oval and want to feel them too; I think they are just jealous. He missed school for a few days but now is back.
