If you have an 8-5 Mon.- Fri. job and did the same thing everyday (answer phones, enter data in computer etc.) and became really bored with it, what would you do?

I have already had 3 surgeries, each about 2 years apart.

I have moved away from the intelligent doctor that I once had (300 miles away to be exact) and have now been operated on by another doctor.

Well it's been 2 and a half years since that surgery and I have already tried to take the shots to delay the surgery and it's just not helping the pain anymore. I don't particularly care for surgery or think it's much fun (who does!) but now I am willing to do the surgery again to remove the tissue buildup because I am in so much pain I just want it to go away.

Problem is, my doctor says he doesn't think I need surgery again and should just keep trying to take the shots to subside the pain. I think I will probably end up getting a second opinion.

I know the only real cure for this is basically to get a hysterectomy but I really, really don't want to do that because I am still young (under 30). What are your thoughts and experiences with this?

I've come to the conclusion that most women don't require an orgasm every time. So, should a guy break his back to try and make you cumm every time anyway, or should he focus on the pleasure at hand?

I don't want to try it again, I feel no desire to. I just want to know what it feels like for a person to be on it. Say, if you were just sitting in one spot doing nothing but investigating how it feels to yourself.

I recently started running about 3 miles a day. I'll run one day at the gym on the treadmill when I lift and on days I don't lift, I run on an asphalt track built around a lake nearby. My right big toe seems to balloon up, turns red/purple and pains me to a limp after a run. The next day it gets substantially better to the point where I can run again, but it still hurts a bit. The pain in between is substantial, sometimes, to the point where I can't concentrate on what I'm doing. I really enjoy running and have no plans to digress. I have a 4 month old pair of Nike Shox that are broken in well, if that makes a difference. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on remedies or precautions I should take as I am new to running.
