I've come to the conclusion that most women don't require an orgasm every time. So, should a guy break his back to try and make you cumm every time anyway, or should he focus on the pleasure at hand?

don't be selfish. it's always going to be better if we get it. we always hope to win the lotto when we buy a ticket but if you're not desperate for money you just get over it and hope to win next time. But if there is no chance then we won't want to buy a ticket next time. make sense? and besides if we win every time chances are that we'll play more often.

Honestly, if this your first time with a woman - she must have an orgasm. Make it a priority, big boy.
In a long term relationship (years and years of monogamy), it's not such a big deal. Sometimes exhaustion trumps extacy. But if you're to this point, ask her what she thinks. She will very likely give you HER honest answer. If you can't bring yourself to broach the subject with her, then . . . stick with pleasuring her each and every time to be on the safe side.

I think both need to be involved for orgasm to occur. It's in the mind also. Focus on whatever the two of you want together.
