If you keep the jumps at 65-75 for awhile then do more each time after so your body gets used to the routine you will be fine. you are burning several calories by jumping . the 1,500 calories depends on what you are eating. you need extra nutrious food and vitamins now.. if you feel the 1,500 is not enough then go for 2.000. Being overly hungry is not good.. you will eat more and you will be defeating your purpose. and not eating enough will cause headaches and being tired a lot and weakness..

firstly sweetheart dont push urself too hard! start with lots of little workouts and skipping is very good!!! then as you get used to it you can increase it...put it this way...i was massive and never exercised ever i counted my calories at 2,000 a day and tried 'Jane Fonda's' (banned) aerobics video every other day...at first i only managed 5 minutes and was dieing and that was the beginners section!! after a year i was doing beginners, intermediates and advanced all the way through and not out of breath!! Point is babe...start with as much as u can do without hurting yourself...stop when u need to...keep with it.....as time passes you'll be able to do more a little at a time..stick to it...and the next thing u'll know is a super slim, fit happy you!

Hi there!

If you truly stay at 1500 calories and just move around, you should lose weight. You don't need websites, just stay at 1500 calories or below to see progress.

Sparkpeople seems to be a good website for tracking progress though.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

walking it good exercise if you are just starting back to exercising. The jump rope it good too, but I woud combine it with somthing else.

1500 caloires is good but you will have to find a way to exercise to burn those calories you have eaten

Added a site that tells you what exericise burn how many calories

Jumping rope for over 20 minutes burns fat- everything over 20 minutes, though. I'm usually worn out after 3! LOL, good luck!
