dose any one have a site that will give me the point system for weight watchers that is free? because i really need to lose weight for health and self reasons...

It's not Weight Watchers, but Spark People is a good weight loss program that is free. http://www.sparkpeople.com You set your goals and then they recommend a calorie amount. You can get a free menu plan from the site or just eat what you want for those calories. They'll also suggest a workout plan for you. Then you can keep track of everything on the website. I think that it's a pretty good program and it's all free.

Hi there!

Weight watchers is good but not necessary. They use points to approximate calories, with adds on for fiber, etc.

All you really need to do is keep your calories to 1500 or below and stay active. While I could give you more tips, if you do just this, you should start to see progress within the week.

i tried weight watchers but i prefer nutrisystem.
