Dude why do you think we fake it sometimes. Depending on the situation and the women, some just want to get it done and over with and move on to the next thing they have to do. We "fake it", for you. We don't want to damage your male ego. So no, its not important all the time, it just all depends on what mood we are in or what mood you get us in.

It's different for every woman. You should ask your lover that question.
For me personally, no. It's not always about orgasm. It's awesome to have one but not necessary everytime. I'm more into all aspects of the complete act. Making out hot and heavy, foreplay, etc.

no we only do for the males enjoyment,hello is anybody home up there,of cause we want the same thing out of it that guys get maybe a little more and further more any man that's not pulling his weight could be headed for some serious problems down the line,no women likes to be left out in the cold no matter what she says

It's nice to have an orgasm everytime because I think that means that your lover is being attentive and caring about your needs and you are both in it to please each other. It doesn't always happen though and that's ok. Sex is more about the physical and emotional connection and the passion between myself and that other person. It doesn't bother me not to orgasm every time.

This is a question to ask your lover. Personally, I think a good lover should make sure his partner is satisfied before he gets his rocks off. Then both of you will be excited and satisfied. If you do what she likes and she doesn't achieve an orgasm, talk about it.

it's important that you always enjoy what you do--an orgasm is just the icing on the cake--this equates to a layer cake if you have multiple orgasms--but if you are not enjoying it then don't do it again with that person!
