I've started weight watchers. I'm breast-feeding. My daughter is nearly 4 months old and I am ready to begin exercising. Other than walking for weight loss does anyone know of any great post-partum workouts that will help tone those beautiful stretched out zones that pregnancy leaves behind?

I have tried many kinds but it always fails within a few hours. There was a time when I would never get all musty but lately it has been happening daily. I have also been feeling very aggressive towards other males and very attracted to females. Am I experiencing some kind of testosterone imbalance?

I am scared that it could be cancer... I lost my mother 1 year ago to cancer, and since then I have lost a lot of my family to cancer... Could I have cancer at such a young age... What kind of doctor do I need to see to have this check out... I am scared and I don't want to tell my family until I know for sure what this is... Any advise would be helpful... I am a diabetic that cannot get coverage because of pre-existing. I have high blood pressure and I am out of my medication. I need money to go to a doctor but I need to get blood test for the diabetes. I make just above minmum wage and my state doesn't help with medical unless your a child or you are pregnant. Soon I will be out of the other medications that I need. I can get help with medications but cannot afford to go to the doctor for all my needs. I have over 100,000.00 in medicaal bills in just 1 year alone and I miss work because I get sick because I am out of medication. I know I am not the only person going through this but people like me that have to continue on this road die sooner then they shoud!!!

PLEASE HELP, I am 13, for about 2 months i have thought i was bi, I dont want to be bi, i have a boyfriend, and I LOVE boys, but latley i have been thinking about girls having sex, and me having sex woth girls, I HATE IT, everytime i have these thouhgts i telll myseft so stop, and when i am along i just cry, i dont wasnt to be bi, but i am so scared i am, I CRY ALL THE TIME. that i still kinda hate my mom when shes been dead for a year. I mean i hate her as much as i hate my dad, and its there fault for the way i am an my prob's (as in mental probs such as depression and anger) i told my dad that, and he sed even after her death u treat her like this, but its like they sed once u've made a mistake you can't erase it, even if your dead or alive. I dont care is shes dead shes in heaven and im the one still here suffering in earth, and all her sins are just.....erased so why would i feel bad!!!?
