I've started weight watchers. I'm breast-feeding. My daughter is nearly 4 months old and I am ready to begin exercising. Other than walking for weight loss does anyone know of any great post-partum workouts that will help tone those beautiful stretched out zones that pregnancy leaves behind?

Pilates is really good to strengthen abdominal muscles that have been stretched out and weakended during pregnancy.
Couple that with walking/jogging program, and you are set. Also the elliptical is a good workout machine.

Only way to tighten your body... RUN start slow and work your way up. 2hrs after I had my son I was doing light sit ups in the hospital bed when I got home I was doing sit ups and started running on my treadmil. Do light cardio, yoga, I recommend running.

I dropped my weight by buying a jogger stroller. It really helped.
