Don't put much else on his plate apart from the veggies,and make sure there's no snacks in the house. Cry and yell louder than him,when he's throwing a tantrum

he must be a mamas boy. hes a teenager and when he finds out that those veggies help him grow he will ask for seconds.just sit hin down and have a talk

13?!? You need to be his mother and stop babying him, tell him not ask but tell him that what you cook is what he's going to eat and if he doesn't like it then he can cook for himself. He's damn sure not a baby so stop treating him like one. And tell him to grow up and stop the things he's doing its stupid.

Stop fighting him ...he is almost 18. It could be easier to get him to take a multi vitamin every morning instead.

if he likes jello try putting very small pieces of a veggie in it then each time add one .you can have fruit in it also
