I have this dream that I am in high school (graduated 15 years ago), and just came back after long break, can't find locker, or combination, don't have my schedule and don't remember what classes I have to go to. Classes about to start and I have to rush to admin. office to get my locker, combo and schedule, however long line at the office and I am extremely anxious in my dream. What does this mean--is it literal (anxiety in real life)???

It's really weird I could be sitting down at the computer and after a while I just get the sudden urge to get up and start walking. I'll usually walk out of my room into the living room and then walk back into my room and then after a while I'll do the same thing again. It usually happens more at night. Honestly I don't know why I do it it's like a weird habit of mine that I picked up. Is this considered a bad thing to be doing?

I am obsessed with my looks. I'm not ugly, but if i dont look absolutely the way i like i wont leave the house. Sometimes i cant get my makeup or my hair to look right and if this happens i'll stay home or come home from work or school. Its all I ever think about. I was given my albuterol inhaler when I was diagnosed with Asthma at age 21, however, they said "use as needed". so here is my question, when do I need it? When I have a coughing fit and my chest hurts? when my chest aches and it's slightly hard to breathe? when it's hard to breathe, but I can still breathe? when it hurts to breathe? I honestly don't know, and I think I should be using it a lot more than I do, but I often just wait for it to pass, even though my chest always hurts. For instance this week I've had breathing problems everyday, and my chest has been sore all week....so please help, I just don't know!

i have anxiety attacks so bad i feel like my throat is closing up. i also have been diagnosed with bipolar. it is so bad i cant drive and i am scared to be home alone. i take lithium and effexor and i sttill dont feel right. i feel like i dont think the way that i used to. i am scared, i dont like feeling out of it or not thinking right. what do i do...please help....
