Y chromosome in the sperm is responsible for a male child and X chromosome is responsible for a female child.

Inorder to have a girl child, the male should eat the food that lowers the counts of Y - chromosomes.

The method that I suggest is not 100% proven, and cannot be at all called a scientific approach, however, the consumption of diet which can lower the testosterone levels may help.

Green Leafy Vegetables, Curd and deserts should be eaten.

All sort of Non-Vegeterian diet and a diet containing spices should be avoided.

It really gives me pleasure that you want a girl child.

Wishing you a happy fatherhood.
