If you are speaking of no sexual activity after a time span of frequent/regular sexual activity, then I believe withdrarwal can be possible. Remember that an orgasim causes a surge of neurochemicals. Some find it addictive. Such a brain may be adjusting to the change. If the person in question is at the point of a nervous breakdown then they should seek professional help. Some people have no trouble adjusting, while others are not so fortunate, but given time, the brain should go back to normal.
