Are you a coffee drinker? Try cutting down on caffeine and sugary drinks, especially when its near bed time. Also try to have a set sleep time so your body can get accustomed, and don't oversleep. Maybe you're under some sort of stress? Try talking to a close friend about your problems so they won't niggle at you mind when you want to sleep. Take some time after doing work just to relax before goung to bed so your mind won't be 'busy'...Good luck!

They say if you've laid in bed for awhile and still can't sleep to get up and do something and then try again! If this is a constant problem, go see your doctor--there are lots of new meds out there to help you sleep.

D***ed computer!
This is what you and I have to do: Turn it off, turn off the lights, get in bed and close our eyes. Place our attention on that ever moving ball of light between our eyebrows.

Take 2-4 childrens chewable benodryl. It has something in it to make you drowsy. I use that whenever I can't get to sleep and it never fails
