my knees are bad and I have lower back pain. Something I can do in my own home. I dont want to buy any exspensive machines. Thanks.

My wife's sex drive is almost non-existent. She says that she's too stressed out to think about sex. She definitely is under a lot of stress, but so am i, and i still want to do her every time i see her butt. I love her butt! Anyway, she said it has nothing to do with attraction, but she's just too stressed out.

Has this happened to any of you, and how did you overcome it? I'm trying to help her to destress so that we can connect.

today in an hour i am going to get a cavity filled...i have had them done before and something about the novicane and my mouth being numb really freaks me out...i start to get all sweaty and i almost feel like i cant breath and my heart starts to race and i get dizzy..i know that nothing can happen and the numbness is just an effect but i dont know what it is that makes me so upset...i have been stressing all day about this and now i am rly starting to get nervous..is there any suggestions on how to make myself calm so i dont hyperventalate again..im afraid that im gonna pass out or something...please help me so i can not get as nervous..what should i do..also..im a 14 year old girl..and i cant not go cause i've already put this off for awhile now because i've been so nervous but i have to go today..thanks

only when the baby is out of the womb and starts to cry, does it inhale air for the first time which forces all the blood to travel through the lungs, so can the baby be kept in amniotic fluid even after birth before it breathes air? if yes, for how long ? if no, then why?

we dont have loads of sex although when we do its always with a barrier method and were very careful.I stopped taking my oral contraceptive 4 months ago but my menstral cycle was still usually within 28 days could it be due to stopping this or could i still be preganant? as i was told it takes approx a year before the pill leaves your system

I recently had a small cavity filled and a few hours later, I began experiencing pain. The dentist said it was normal and that it should go away in a few days. A week later, I return to the dentist, still in pain, and she proceeds to "file down" the filling for a better bite. She stated it was causing my bite to be uneven and that the pain should go away in a couple of days. Well, 4 days later, I'm at the Emergency room because it's a weekend to get relief from ever increasing pain. On Monday, I go back in to the dentist and she replaces the whole filling. When the novacane wears off, I'm in the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. I go back, and a root canal is performed. They charge me almost $1000.00 for the procedure. Am I responsible for this or should the dentist pay? I simply went in for a small filling ($150 which I paid for) and now I'm looking at a bill for almost a grand.....what do i do???

I have been having pins and needles feelings in my legs, muscle spasms, migraines, slurred speech, choking fits and clumsiness for about 6 years now on and off. I have a super absorbency tampon in (and a pad on) right now, but the tampon isnt absorbing it all. Same brand I always use. Im 19, no kids, still a virgin, so nothings all stretched out or anything...so why is this happening...its the first time its happening. HELP!!! Is my "vagina broken"?

Sometimes, out of nowhere, the entire world around me starts going REALLY FAST! I can't explain it, also it seems that whenever anyone talks to me, or if im thinking something, it will sound malicious and angry and fast. This happens sometimes when I'm at a computer screen or TV screen and it is quite then BANG it will suddenly hit me. It doesn't happen all that often, but it's got me worried. Does anyone have the same issues and/or does anyone know whats going on and if it is something serious.
