I'm so sorry you're so frightened calm down and take a deep breath. Usually your imagination makes things 10 times worse than what they really are. Actually what you're doing right now is the best thing to do to relieve stress.Talking to someone or getting it off your chest can help also just keeping yourself occupied like you're doing is great. Just remember the Dentist isn't going to make it any worse than he has to and if you talk to him about your fears first maybe he can help you to relax Good Luck

nothing to worry about.I don`t think that you have reactions to epinephrin.cause if you had any kind of allergy it would be much mor heavier. its mor like anxiety.I usually prescribe 10mg Indral or 5 mg diazepam for my patients 1 hour before coming to office. but you shouldn`t take these drugs without consultation.

Don't worry about a cavity. I mean, what IS a cavity but an empty space? And empty space isn't anything at all. It's nothing! They can't do something to nothing.

Ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Actually, it sounds like you had a reaction to the epinephrine in the solution. Tell your dentist what happened and ask if he/she can use something without any epinephrine.

Tell your dentist how you feel they can figure out if it is anxiety or a reaction to the deadening agent they are using. You do not have to feel this way.
