your local College should have CNA courses. That's where my Ex g/f went to get hers, and they're not expensive.

You can't just take the test you have to sign up for the class as well
Try a local Red Cross or community college or check the yellow pages
Most of the time the school will also include the test to get certified

So I take it that you already took a CNA course? Then the place you took the course at should know when and where to go. Even though you have the "knowledge" you can't get certified without taking the course.

Your best bet is to contact nursing homes in your area and ask to speak to the Director of Nursing. They will be able to tell you who to contact about taking the test. Some nursing home even do the testing on site. Good Luck!
