Excellent question....sorry I can't rate it with a thumbs up...I still am in level one.

I would imagine that during a real disaster,
1. People would be dying too fast for even the normal medical help to respond.
2. Dying moves to a different level of importance in society during a disaster.....look at the tsunami in indonesia, or the dead in hospitals and around the superdome in Louisiana.
