I'd appreciate an explanation of affects in these three scenarios:
1. Taking the normal dose of Tylenol only once when you are drunk.
2. Taking the normal dose of Tylenol most times you are drunk? What are the long term affects?
3. How much Tylenol at one time causes serious damage when drunk?

Thanks

1. probably no damage to the liver, but that depends on the person and you will feel a little more drunk/tired than you should on the amount of alcohol you consumed

2. pretty much guaranteed liver damage no matter who you are and you'll find yourself needing more Tylenol to get the buzz you used to get off of a normal dose

3. see answer 1. it depends on the person.. maybe a normal dose and maybe it will take more.. i know one girl that was drunk and took too many Advil.. she went into a coma and almost had to have her leg amputated because she passed out in a way that cut off the circulation to it and she wasn't found for 10 hours.. then she also had to have many many blood transfusions and developed respiratory problems that she will have for the rest of her life.. her kidneys shut down for a week and almost didn't come back online and she has permanent liver damage.

No amount of Tylenol is safe to take within 24 hours of drinking alcohol. Over the long period, it will cause liver damage. Taking a large dose of Tylenol without drinking alcohol will damage your liver. Always take the perscribed dose 1000mg every 4 hours (that's extra strength) up to 4000 mg in 24 hours. Never within 24 hourse of drinking alcohol.

From what the reports say, mixing Tylenol and alcohol can be very damaging to your liver.

Any medication mixed with spirits is a bad thing. Tylenol mixed with booze will thin your blood even more than booze alone -- so don't go out and smash your face or something, your liable to bleed to death. Check out WebMD.com for more... And for a hangover -- try AlkaSeltzer -- works every time mate...
