Sometimes, out of nowhere, the entire world around me starts going REALLY FAST! I can't explain it, also it seems that whenever anyone talks to me, or if im thinking something, it will sound malicious and angry and fast. This happens sometimes when I'm at a computer screen or TV screen and it is quite then BANG it will suddenly hit me. It doesn't happen all that often, but it's got me worried. Does anyone have the same issues and/or does anyone know whats going on and if it is something serious. Serious answers please as I don't want to feel as though I have wasted 5 points (as you can tell I don't have much points! lol).

Sounds like you are experiencing some stress related symptoms. Next time it happens, take note of various things. Is your heart rate accelerated, are you hyperventilating, do you feel scared or anxious, are you able to respond to stimulus, could you get up and move at that moment if you wanted, is your balance off.

You really need a physical and to tell the doc all of these things. It could be vertigo, or even a mild seizure. Likely it is stress or anxiety, but it would really be a good idea to see a doc, just to rule out an inner ear problem or seizure disorder. I mention mild seizure because you say it happens in front of the TV or computer screens and these things can bring on seizures in epileptics.

Its called "anxiety attack" when you feel your world spinning out of control. Its also stress related. Your body is responding to stress in that manner like the way dreamers dream they're falling then wakes up with a jolt. When you feel it coming on, take a deep breath and try to focus on a peaceful scene in your mind like mountain scapes or the ocean. Better yet, if you're on the pc more often, use a desktop screen of open spaces like blue skies. If it hits you outside - try to look at the sky and breath in and out slowly. Some people call this a "panic attack" as well.

It's stress. The world doesn't need to slow down, you do. You're on overload. Whatever you think is important to get done, take another look and see how you can better manage. Warm bubble baths, slow walks, putting away the homework or whatever for awhile--you'll feel much bettr.

it sounds a bit wierd, would you say you feel kind of disoreinted when this happens? Do feel any stabbing pains shooting through your head? It could very well be from stress or anxiety but it could also be a side effect of high blood pressure. i'd recommend a routine checkup, just in case

I haven't heard of that type of thing before but I wonder if it might be a symptom of anxiety or depression. You need to think about whether you are worried or stressed about something. If necessary, go to see the doctor who should be able to help you.
