Do have a problem or am I just gifted. I've been like this since I was little and noticed that I have an extremely long wake period....roughly 30+ hours of wake for every 8 hours of sleep....otherwise I just have to force myself to sleep. I can go 3 days easily before I start to fall asleep very easily. 2 days awake straight and I start to yawn and get tired like a normal person at the end of the day. A 1-2 hour nap will also suffice for an entire day if needed.
During said time, I can act just like any normal person. I'm always high enegry and happy even after days of no sleep...I work out in the gym, party, dance, talk to people, etc.
I don't have insomina becuase I can make myself go to sleep relatively easy every night. I"m just rarely tired though...
Far as diet and health; no drinking/drugs, Very rarely intake any caffeine or energy supplments, drink mucho water, usually a low calorie diet, I get ample physical activity(varries), I have ADD, good self-esteem.
Any ideas?
