Most woman orgasn in "Woman on top position" as they can get hold of the right poistion which excits them ...so insist her to get on top and think that you two are the only people in the world and just enjoy . She will definetly be happy if she gets an orgasm...and the thing which women hate is that her man turns his back and goes to sleep just after the act. That makes her feel used..and its very frustrating and the woman might try to avoid it next time as she will get the feeling that as soon as the act is over she will lose you to sleep. For women, sex is more of an emotional thing than a physical thing. Do what makes her feel loved, and she will respond to loving you back.
Check out "The Five Love Languages" by Gary Chapman, and you'll see what I mean.
Also, another good book is "Sex Starts in the Kitchen."
